We are committed to providing you with high-quality products. If you find the product ‘damaged’, you can request an exchange or refund within 15 days of receiving the order of eyeglasses and 8 days of receiving the order for sunglasses. We do allow exchange/refund of our products depending on the following terms and conditions:

  • Take your product with the original packaging and the accessories provided to the store.
  • Store personnel will inspect the glasses and fix the product if there’s a minor issue with it.
  • If you’re not satisfied, you can exchange the product or get a refund as per our policy.

Warranty Timeline

Every Chashma, be it prescription glasses or sunglasses, is offered with a one-year conditional warranty. This warranty is applicable if the product corrodes, rusts, the coating peels off lenses, or the frame color peels and fades off.

If a product is marked under SALE category is not applicable for return/ replacement and exchange. It means that the Chashma has specified that the item cannot be returned, replaced, or exchanged after purchase.


The Warranty is limited and doesn’t include product breakage, scratches, damages caused by accident, mishandling, negligence, shock, tampering, loss of components or accessories, improper use or storage of the product.

The Refund Process

There are two ways you can get a refund

  • Store Credit- The total amount paid by you will be credited to your account with Chashma. Here are some of its benefits:
    • You can use the store credit to purchase any product. For example, if you have Rs 1000 as store credit and you want to buy a product worth 1100. You can use the credit to pay for 1000 rupees and the 100 rupees left can be paid through cash, card, or online payment.
    • You can use the store credit to purchase products online or in-store.
    • The store credit will forever be valid and isn’t subject to any changes.
    • The store credit can be used on the online e-commerce platform or in retail stores.
    • A unique code will be generated containing the credited amount and can be used only once and can’t be broken into multiple purchases
    Bank Account- You can go the old way and get the refund sent to your bank account. However, the number of days will differ depending on the bank policy.
